At The Dearborn, sisters Amy and Clodagh Lawless combine their 40-plus years of hospitality experience both here in Chicago and in their native Ireland to create a restaurant that unites their passion for heartfelt service and a welcoming elevated ambiance. The 8,000-square-foot restaurant pays homage to traditional American taverns with tufted leather booths, vintage-inspired lights and custom murals depicting Chicago’s past. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the front rooms provide optimal viewing of the bustling Loop neighborhood The Dearborn calls home.
